What will a customer service accountant do?

• Professional consultation related to the above services after receiving potential customers provided by the sales department
• Learn about the needs of potential customers, advise optimal services for customers (right needs, save costs for customers)
• Only advise on specialized operations if the sales department has difficulty or is uncertain in consulting
• After the customer signs a contract for the above services, you will support the implementation of related items for the Customer until completed
• For each service above, you can choose consulting in each field in which you have the most expertise to ensure quality consulting and customer support
• Participate in the process of selling the company's products and services to increase income
